Luoyang Lutong Launches ET804 All-Electric Tractor, Delivering Zero-Emission, Low-Cost Smart Farming Solution

2026-10-26

Luoyang, China – Luoyang Lutong Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., a high-tech manufacturer of agricultural and construction machinery whose products are exported to over 130 countries worldwide, officially releases its new ET804 pure electric tractor, a milestone green agricultural machine jointly developed with Tsinghua University Tianjin Advanced Equipment Research Institute洛阳人才工.... Built to replace conventional diesel tractors, this electric model addresses common pain points including exhaust pollution, loud noise, high fuel consumption and heavy maintenance workload for global farmers.

The ET804 adopts a 50kW self-developed permanent magnet synchronous motor, which outputs instant high torque and fast power response. It cancels the diesel engine, fuel tank and related exhaust after-treatment parts, achieving zero tailpipe emission during all field operations. Compared with diesel counterparts, the electric unit runs at extremely low noise, creating a friendlier working environment, and it fits perfectly for orchards, greenhouses, livestock farms and organic planting bases with strict environmental requirements.

Designed for reliable all-day farm work, the battery pack applies stable lithium iron phosphate solution with reliable waterproof and dustproof protection. The optimized energy management system improves power conversion efficiency significantly and cuts daily operating expenditure. Less wearing moving components greatly reduce routine maintenance such as oil change and filter replacement, helping operators lower long-term farm input costs.

This is a 4-wheel-drive tractor retaining mature Lutong chassis and hydraulic system. It is equipped with standard Category II three-point hitch, independent rear PTO (540/760rpm) and multi-way hydraulic outlets, compatible with rotary tillers, ploughs, seeders, sprayers and other standard farm implements. Operators can finish ploughing, tillage, sowing and field management with one machine. Full hydraulic steering brings light and flexible handling, ideal for narrow rows and tight plots. Optional ROPS frame or air-conditioned enclosed cab meets different regional safety and comfort demands.

“Global agriculture is accelerating toward low carbon and sustainability. The Lutong ET804 electric tractor is our core answer to this trend,” said the company representative. “We keep inheriting our reliable tractor manufacturing experience while adding new energy technology. It balances strong traction performance, usability and eco-friendliness, bringing an affordable green power option for small and medium farms across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and South America.”

Luoyang Lutong has decades of experience in wheel tractor, road roller and grader R&D and production. The launch of ET804 enriches its new-energy agricultural equipment portfolio. The company will continue field validation and technical iteration, and provide localized after-sales and charging matching suggestions for overseas clients.
