The LTC203P is a unique 3-ton full-hydraulic roller integrating two core compaction functions in one single machine, eliminating the need to deploy separate vibratory steel drum rollers and pneumatic tire rollers on construction sites. Its front 1250mm wide vibratory steel drum outputs 30kN centrifugal force at 50Hz vibration frequency, achieving deep, uniform compaction on road base layers. Four smooth rear rubber tires provide flexible kneading compaction, perfectly sealing asphalt surfaces, repairing tiny cracks and forming smooth, long-lasting pavement texture.
For stable and eco-friendly power output, the LTC203P is standard-equipped with the Changchai ZN390 three-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine complying with China National III emission standards, delivering rated power of 23kW. The Changchai National III powertrain features reliable cold-start performance, low fuel consumption and easy daily maintenance, well-adapted to high-temperature, dusty construction environments in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Customers may also select Perkins imported engines as an optional upgrade for advanced market demands.
Built with full-hydraulic dual-drive and hydraulic articulated steering, this compact machine supports stepless speed adjustment within 0–12km/h. It boasts a superior 32% grade climbing capacity and ±26° steering angle, outperforming conventional double steel wheel rollers on sloped sites and narrow working zones. The overall dimension stands at 2900mm × 1400mm × 2580mm, ideal for sidewalk repair, trench backfilling, residential road construction, parking lot compaction and sports ground projects where large rollers cannot operate flexibly.
User-centric configurations are fully equipped to boost construction efficiency. A 165L large-capacity water tank supplies continuous and intermittent water spraying for both front drum and rear tires to prevent asphalt adhesion. Wear-resistant scrapers, shock-absorbing operator seats and overhead safety rollover protection (ROPS) greatly reduce operator fatigue and extend service life of core components. All hydraulic components adopt mature imported brands, ensuring stable long-term operation and low failure rates.
