Luoyang, China — Luoyang Lutong Heavy Industry, a reputable Chinese manufacturer of construction and agricultural machinery, presents the LTC1004, its reliable 100-horsepower four-wheel-drive wheeled tractor tailored for diversified farming operations across global markets.
Powered by a Quanchai National Stage III high-pressure common rail diesel engine with a multi-state power switch, the LTC1004 delivers stable power output, sufficient torque reserve and good fuel economy for continuous heavy-duty field work. It is fitted with a 12-inch dual-action clutch and 12F+12R shuttle shift transmission with dog clutch shifting. The shuttle design allows easy forward-reverse switching without frequent clutch operation, greatly boosting operation efficiency during repeated field passes.
Built for durability, the LTC1004 adopts an enlarged front axle and reinforced chassis. Full hydraulic steering brings light, flexible handling on uneven farmland. Its PTO offers two standard speeds of 540 rpm and 1000 rpm with a 6-spline shaft, paired with Category II 3-point hitch to match a wide range of farm implements including ploughs, rotary tillers, seeders and sprayers. ARMOUR brand agricultural tires in specification 14.9-24 (front) and 18.4-34 (rear) provide outstanding traction and anti-slip performance. Two groups of standard hydraulic outlets support multi-function hydraulic tools, while the safety roll frame guarantees operator safety.
To satisfy varied customer demands, the LTC1004 supports flexible optional upgrades: front and rear cast iron counterweights, air-conditioned cab with rear-view camera, swing drawbar, air brake system and row crop wheels. The swing drawbar and air brake package is especially popular for clients who need to tow heavy trailers for road transport besides normal farming jobs.
The Lutong LTC1004 balances sturdy mechanical design, easy maintenance and cost competitiveness. It is an ideal all-round tractor choice for medium farms, agricultural contractors and machinery importers seeking dependable 100HP 4WD farm equipment.
