Equipped with a National IV / Euro IV compliant 36.8kW low-noise diesel engine, the unit delivers sufficient power output while cutting fuel consumption and exhaust emissions significantly, fully meeting strict environmental standards of European, Southeast Asian and Central Asian markets.
In terms of core compaction capability, the LTS306H features an exclusive high-strength vibrating drum structure, generating a maximum centrifugal force of 70kN at a vibration frequency of 45Hz. The 1220mm diameter steel drum provides uniform static linear load up to 195N/cm, enabling dense and flat compaction on asphalt, sand, gravel and cohesive soil layers. Its articulated frame design realizes a minimum turning radius of 6000mm, supporting flexible steering and easy operation in narrow construction zones, with a maximum climbing capacity of 35% to handle sloped terrain effortlessly.
Operator comfort and maintenance convenience are two core highlights optimized on LTS306H. The spacious enclosed cab comes with panoramic transparent windows for full front-rear visibility, paired with two-stage shock absorption and adjustable elastic suspension seat to relieve long-hour working fatigue. All control functions are integrated into a single joystick to simplify operation logic for new drivers. The large-angle flip rear engine hood exposes all core maintenance components, allowing fast daily inspection, oil replacement and component repair without complex disassembly, greatly lowering machine downtime and after-sales maintenance costs.
Built with a compact low-center-of-gravity body frame, the LTS306H boasts stable driving performance and excellent anti-slip capability. Standard LED work lights ensure safe day-and-night construction, while optional sunshade canopy and removable padfoot drum kits extend its applicability to soil foundation compaction. Compared with same-class imported compact rollers, Lutong LTS306H provides equivalent working performance at a much lower procurement and spare part cost, delivering higher return on investment for small and medium engineering enterprises.
