The PY180C motor grader adopts a 132kW (180HP) turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, optional Cummins 6BTA5.9 or Shangchai SC8D180 power unit, featuring strong torque output, low fuel consumption and stable performance under high-load, high-temperature and dusty construction environments. For reliable off-road performance, the PY180C is equipped with a drive axle built-in NO-SPIN anti-slip differential and heavy-duty roller chain tandem case. The box-type oscillating steering front axle supports wheel tilting at ±17°, and the central articulated frame realizes crab walking, greatly improving flexibility on narrow construction sites and complex terrains.
Precise hydraulic operation stands out as the core advantage of Lutong PY180C. Two imported HUSCO five-way control valves deliver sensitive, effortless manipulation. The grading blade measures 3965mm × 610mm with 360° slewing range; double tilt cylinders freely adjust blade cutting angles to fit clay, gravel and mixed soil conditions. In braking and safety configuration, the grader adopts energy accumulator-assisted four-wheel caliper disc service brakes plus internal expanding shoe parking brake for reliable stopping performance. The full liquid-control operation cabin is fitted with complete instrument monitoring system and maintenance-free OPTIMA storage battery, bringing clear real-time data monitoring for operators.
