officially announced the release of the LTB804, a new 80-horsepower four-wheel drive (4WD) wheel tractor. Engineered for high efficiency,
reliability, and versatility, the LTB804 is designed to meet the diverse demands of modern farming, from standard field cultivation to specialized
agricultural and light utility tasks.
Powerful & Economical Performance
At the core of the LTB804 is a Quanchai State IV four-cylinder diesel engine, delivering a rated power of 59 kW (80 HP) at 2400 rpm. Featuring
turbocharging and an electronic control monomer pump fuel system, the engine provides robust torque, strong power reserve, and exceptional
fuel efficiency. Operators benefit from low vibration, low noise, and stable performance, making it ideal for long hours of continuous operation.
Advanced Transmission & Maneuverability
The tractor is equipped with a 4×3×(1+1) compound transmission system, offering 12 forward and 12 reverse gears (12F+12R) with shuttle
shifting. This configuration, combined with full hydraulic steering, ensures smooth, flexible control and a tight turning radius, significantly
improving maneuverability in fields and orchards. The side-mounted gear shift lever enhances operational ease, allowing quick direction
changes without effort.
Robust Build & High Lift Capacity
Built on a reinforced heavy-duty chassis with a strengthened front axle with a central hydraulic cylinder, the LTB804 offers exceptional structural durability. It features a Category II three-point hitch with a vertical double-acting hydraulic lift system, capable of lifting up to 1,416 kg. This
high lifting capacity, paired with two sets of hydraulic outputs, ensures seamless compatibility with a wide range of implements, including plows,
rototillers, harrows, seeders, and sprayers. The tractor uses premium imported high-strength powder metallurgy clutch plates for superior power
transmission and longevity.
Comfort & Operator-Focused Design
The LTB804 prioritizes operator comfort with a spacious flat-floor operator platform and an ergonomically designed workspace. A deluxe,
adjustable suspension seat reduces fatigue during long shifts. The hydraulic system employs an independent oil circuit design, ensuring high
cleanliness, minimizing contamination risks, and drastically reducing maintenance frequency and costs. A large-capacity fuel tank supports
extended working sessions between refuels.
