LUOYANG, CHINA – Luoyang Lutong Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has officially introduced the LTC203P, an innovative combination roller 

featuring a front steel drum and rear rubber tires. Designed for exceptional versatility and maneuverability, this compact 3-ton machine integrates the capabilities of both a vibratory steel wheel roller and a pneumatic tire roller, setting a new standard for efficiency in small-scale road construc-

tion and maintenance.

The LTC203P's unique "front steel, rear tire" configuration is its defining advantage. The front vibratory steel drum delivers powerful compaction 

with a 30kN centrifugal force and 50Hz frequency, ideal for achieving deep, uniform density on bases and sub-bases. The rear set of four smooth

 rubber tires provides the kneading effect critical for superior asphalt surface finishing, sealing, and texture, effectively eliminating surface cracks 

and ensuring a smooth, durable pavement. This two-in-one design eliminates the need for multiple machines, streamlining operations, reducing 

costs, and saving valuable time on job sites.

Despite its compact dimensions (2900mm × 1400mm × 2580mm), the LTC203P is engineered for outstanding performance and agility. Its fully 

hydraulic drive, articulated steering, and small turning radius make it highly maneuverable, perfect for efficient operation in confined spaces such as urban roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and bridge approaches. The machine excels in edge-compacting scenarios, a common challenge with larger rollers. Powered by a reliable 26.5kW diesel engine, it offers strong climbing ability (up to 32%) and stable travel speed (0-12 km/h). Equipped
